3eme Kyu – Ceinture rouge verte Stances Moroashi-Dachi. Punches and Strikes Chudan-Hiji-Ate. Mae-Hiji-Ate. Oroshi-Hiji-Ate. Blocks Shuto-Juji-Uke (Jodan, Gedan). Kicks Mae-Kakato-Geri (Jodan, Chudan, Gedan). Kata Gekisai-Dai. Sanchin-No-Kata (with Kiai). Exercises 55 Seiken push-ups. 60 Stomach pulls. 40 Squats. 15 Three finger push-ups (on knees), then change to five fingers, extend legs and hold position for 10 seconds. Note: Students will be tested for movement in Kake-Dachi.
